Kaley Cuoco is a mom of two!

The Based on a True Story star, 40, and her actor fiancé Tom Pelphrey, 44, welcomed their second baby together, a daughter named Philomena Carmine Bobby, sharing the news on Instagram on Wednesday, Oct. 14. The actress shared intimate photos from the hospital as she announced her happy news.

“🎀Philomena Carmine Bobby Pelphrey🎀. 💖10/12/26💖,” Cuoco wrote in her caption. “There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing.”

“We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo!” continued the proud mom. “Family officially complete 😭Time to bring Matilda’s baby home! 😂💕 @tommypelphrey life exploded the minute we met, and the gifts keep coming. I love you forever , girl daddy! 💘.”

Cuoco included photos of her newborn daughter Philomena on her Instagram Stories, writing “She’s here!” over the sweet snap. The newly minted mom of two also added videos of her baby daughter, who was snuggled into a blanket.

The actress’ older daughter Matilda, 3, smiled in another photo on her Stories, wearing a T-shirt that read “Big Sister.” Cuoco added, “Someone waiting at home for us!”

The Flight Attendant actress first announced she was expecting her second baby on Instagram, sharing a series of family photos.

In the first picture, Cuoco and Pelphrey could be seen posing on either side of their daughter. The family of three smiled in front of a big, rainbow sprinkle-covered cake, which read, “It’s a….” A bit of the cake was missing, revealing a pink interior.

As the carousel went on, the Big Bang Theory alum continued to show her growing baby bump — and even documented a trip to the doctor’s office where she received a sonogram.

“💖 completing our little family , what a dream come true ! 💖,” she began her caption. “This second time around journey has been a little windier in many ways, but wow we are so grateful for this moment!! Little sissy on the way!!!”

“@tommypelphrey girl dad for life 🎀 and yes, the last pic is our dainty princess giving us the middle finger!🤦🏼‍♀️😆,” she added.

Shortly after announcing that Matilda would be a big sister, Cuoco hosted a fiesta-themed baby shower with a few famous friends, including Lacey Chabert, Kimberly J. Brown, Amy Davidson and Ashley Jones.

“Today was just the sweetest,” Cuoco wrote on an Instagram Stories post of her holding Matilda. The mommy-daughter duo both smiled for the candid photo while wearing coordinating dresses for the celebratory event.

This past September, Pelphrey spoke with E! News at the 2026 Emmy Awards following his win for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series and opened up about how he and Cuoco were preparing to welcome their second baby together.

“We’re both so excited. Our daughter’s excited. We’ll see how it goes when it actually gets there,” said Pelphrey, adding that he and Cuoco are currently “switching rooms, swapping things around, and laughing at how different it is from one to two.”

“The things that are new and the things that feel like not a big deal this time. But mom and baby are healthy, so God willing, that keeps up, and we’re thrilled,” added the actor.

After Matilda was born in March 2023, Cuoco and Pelphrey got engaged in August 2024. During the interview, the actress told PEOPLE that their family was enjoying their lives the way it was, and that she didn’t want to rush through anything.

“The minute I had my baby, they’re like, ‘When’s your second one?’ I’m like, ‘Oh my God, is anyone gonna just let me just enjoy this?’ ” said Cuoco.

In September 2024, Cuoco spoke exclusively to PEOPLE about the possibility of growing her family, sharing that she and Pelphrey were taking their time before walking down the aisle — and were open to the possibility of welcoming another baby before tying the knot.
