Taylor Swift is evoking Cinderella with an enchanting ice blue gown.
The 14-time Grammy winner, 36, turned heads in a custom Dior gown by Jonathan Anderson when she hit the red carpet at the sixth annual Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, Oct. 17.
Swift dazzled in a light blue pleated silk dress, embellished with an embroidered bow at the center of the chest for the star-studded event held at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. She paired her glamorous look with Chopard diamond earrings and a platinum and diamond bracelet.
Taylor selected earrings in platinum set with 32.40-carats of diamonds, a ring in 18k gold set with 5.78-carats of diamonds and a bracelet in platinum set with 5.04-carats of diamonds, all from the Haute Joaillerie Collection.
For her glam, the “Patient Zero” singer wore a light smoky eye with her signature winged eyeliner, paired with a soft pink blush and matching lipstick. Swift had her hair styled in retro waves to complete the look.
Swift performed her hit Toy Story 5 song “I Knew It, I Knew You” during the event, which raises money for the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures. This year’s ceremony honors filmmaker and composer John Carpenter, Oscar-nominated actor Colman Domingo and Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron.
“Taylor is an extraordinary talent whose work resonates around the world,” Amy Homma, director and president of the Academy Museum and Academy Collection, said in a press release shared on Oct. 8 when announcing the news of Swift’s performance.
“We are thrilled to welcome her to this year’s gala and look forward to her performance to close a wonderful evening of honoring three extraordinary filmmakers and supporting the Academy Museum’s mission to celebrate and preserve cinema,” she added.
Swift’s special set at the gala comes as she continues to expand her projects in film and television.
On Sept. 25, the singer-songwriter released The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore. The expanded version of her 2025 album features four new songs: “Cleveland!” “Patient Zero,” “Pink Clouding” and “Babylon.”
Swift then dropped the “Patient Zero” music video during the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards, where she received the first-ever Artist Director Honors and became the most-awarded musician in VMA history. The visual starred actors Dakota Johnson and Colin Farrell.
At the awards show, the “Fate of Ophelia” singer turned heads in a glamorous Tamara Ralph Couture gown with a black mock-neck bodice with sheer panels on the sides. The top gave way to a sparkling silver skirt, which sat asymmetrically on her hips.
She accessorized with simple drop earrings and several rings. Among them were her old mine cut diamond engagement ring by Kindred Lubeck and wedding band, which she’s been rocking since marrying her husband, Travis Kelce, at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3.
Ahead of Johnson’s 37th birthday on Sunday, Oct. 4, the actress returned to host Saturday Night Live for a third time with Turnstile as musical guest. Swift crashed her monologue, surprising the live audience with jokes about oversharing their love lives.
In June, Swift released the song “I Knew It, I Knew You” off the Toy Story 5 soundtrack, which became her 15th No. 1 single on the Billboard Hot 100.
